Shipping and Returns Policy.
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep (or your neighbor’s if you’re not home — no judgment).
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Please note: Taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included in your purchase. Any such charges imposed by your local government are your responsibility — we know, adulting sucks.
If your order is delayed, lost, or feels like it’s on a world tour without you, please contact us and we’ll make sure it gets back on track.
We don’t ship on weekends or holidays — even rebels need a break.
Failed Deliveries, Returns to Sender & Abandoned Packages
We get it — things happen. But here’s the deal:
If your package can’t be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or missing phone number, it’ll be returned to us — and yep, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you’re not home for delivery attempts, your order may be held at a local courier pickup point. If it’s not claimed, it’ll come back to us at your expense.
For international orders (that’s you, UK fam): if you refuse delivery for any reason, the shipping fee and any customs or tax charges we get slapped with will be deducted from your refund.
Packages stuck in customs and left unclaimed for 30 days are considered abandoned. No refunds or exchanges will be issued in those cases — no exceptions.
Damaged or Opened Packages
If your box shows up looking roughed up or opened, take photos before checking inside. Then:
